Here is a step-by-step guide to lock and unlock your Windows computer using Flash Drive.

1. Download and install latest version of this program from its official website (link below).

2. Once the installation process finishes, run Predator and plug in your Flash drive.

No need to worry, all your data on your Flash drive will remain safe and unchanged.
This time, a dialog box will appear asking you to create a new password, just click OK to continue.

3. You will see the Preferences window (just like the above screenshot), configure it the way you want it to perform.

4. When you are done, click on Create Key button in the Flash Drive tab, then click OK button at the top-right corner in the Preference window. And Predator will exit automatically.

5. Click the Predator icon in the Taskbar to restart the program. Few seconds later, the icon will turn green, alerting you that Predator is running. When you unplug the Flash drive, your computer will lock itself.

If any intruder attempts to access your computer without the Flash drive—computer screen goes black with "Access Denied" message. When you plug it back, your computer will go back to exactly the way you left.
