There are many features in Windows that you can enjoy using them every day. However, for power users that enjoy an increased amount of control with their computer, the main Control Panel in Windows can start to seem a limited. So, in this article, I’m going to show you how to access “GodMode” features on your computer which gives you access to every option in Control Panel. This is useful, especially for power users.
Accessing GodMode in Windows
Follow the simple steps below to learn how to access GodMode in your Windows computer.
- Create a new folder on your desktop by Right-click on the free space present on your desktop and hover over the New section in the context menu. When the submenu appears, click Folder.
- Right-click on that folder and choose Rename, or you can press F2 key on your keyboard.
- Copy and paste the command below into the name field.
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
- Once done, hit ↵Enter key on your keyboard. The name should automatically change to GodMode, and the icon should change to the Control Panel icon.
- This folder is your gateway to access the GodMode on your Windows computer. Double-click on it to have access to all kinds of Windows Settings.
The folder is not mandatory. You can rename, move or even delete the folder.
Alternative Way to Access GodMode in Windows
Here’s another way to access GodMode in Windows computer.
- Open the Run dialog box by pressing (Windows key) plus R keys.
- Copy and paste the below command into the box.

- Once done, click on OK button or just hit ↵Enter key on your keyboard. It’ll open the GodMode in new window. There, you can access the GodMode features.
